The Doyle family first opened the doors of their restaurant here in Watsons Bay in 1885. Since then and for over 5 generations, the Doyle family have been serving fresh Australian seafood to Sydneysiders and visitors alike.

Watsons Bay is where Governor Phillip first landed in Australia. It is also recognised as Australia's oldest fishing village, having been established in 1788.
